These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and services offered by Bothiam. By accessing or using any part of our services, you expressly accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept the entirety of the Terms, please do not use our services.

You represent that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence (at least 18 years old in Belgium). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You may not share or assign your account to others.

Visual representations may vary depending on screens and settings. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders
Each order constitutes a purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline it. An order is confirmed only after payment has been processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes, shipping, or customs fees. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and billing information.

5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

9. Shopify Relationship
Bothiam is powered by Shopify. However, any sale is made directly between you and Bothiam. Shopify is not responsible for transactions or products.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR regulation.

11. Reviews and Feedback
You grant Bothiam the right to reuse your feedback or comments for commercial purposes. You remain responsible for any content you post.

12. Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, including in pricing or product descriptions, without prior notice.

13. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the site for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes. Violations may result in suspension of your account.
