Return & Refund Policy

At Bothiam, we take pride in offering carefully curated, high-quality, and meaningful pieces. However, if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service at contact@bothiam.com to receive the necessary instructions.
• All products are eligible for return unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

• Faulty or defective product
• Damage during transport
• Shipping error or wrong item received

In case of transport damage, please send us photos or videos of the issue immediately upon delivery to contact@bothiam.com to speed up the process.

Refunds

• Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit or gift card of the same value.

Eligible Countries

Returns are currently accepted from the following countries:

• France
• Belgium
• Luxembourg

We will expand this policy to more countries as Bothiam grows.
